What does $4,000 a month include?
The Foundation, delivered in phases over your first six months, plus run work every month: local SEO, CRM and automation upkeep, review capture, onboarding new reps and a monthly scorecard. After the Foundation, the same price covers new projects from your backlog.
Why a 3-month minimum?
The Lead and Sell phases take the first months. Three months gives that work time to land and show up on your scorecard.
Is software included?
Your software subscriptions, like your CRM, canvassing app and e-sign tool, are billed to you by the vendors, and the accounts are yours. Some tools we build or license access to ourselves. We'll tell you which on the call.
Is there an onboarding or setup fee?
No. You pay the monthly price from month one.
How many projects do you work on at once?
One or two active projects at a time. Your backlog can be as long as you want. You set the priority, and we keep one or two moving so each one gets done right.
What happens after the Foundation is built?
We keep it running and work through the next projects on your list.

Who is this for?
